Alex was nominated and selected by a panel of judges as one of the two winners for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Resident Recognition Award through the AAPD.  The purpose of the award is to recognize individuals who are doing original innovative and interesting activities in the field of patient care, research, teaching/education, and/or community service.  Alex has greatly contributed in children’s global health outreach activities, leadership at CSPD as Warren Brandli Intern, and innovative leadership to improve the interviewing experiences for the dental residents applicants.
